We have to get up extra early before work in order to do it which makes it extra painful. But...like all exercise I always feel so good and glad I did it afterwards. So, I keep on truckin'. :) Once my maternity leave starts I can go in the afternoon...which I am very much looking forward to. annahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17990028836081850834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8467540753293114114.post-42041166286537220432013-04-23T06:21:10.616-07:002013-04-23T06:21:10.616-07:00I think between you and Jason you are pretty "...I think between you and Jason you are pretty "safe" to have a relatively smallish baby. I wouldn't worry too much about that. :) And the heartburn? Oh I remember that towards the end too. Not fun. Mylanta always helped me with that(a white liquid medicine that helps with heartburn) Hang in there! Oh, and I'm so proud of you for still swimming!! That's so awesome Anna...your body will bounce back in no time, no doubt. OR, you can try Apple Cider Vinegar, it tastes a little gross until you get used to it, but it does help, it balances out the PH levels in your stomach or something... Glass of water, put 1-2 Tablespoons of ACV in and sip or chug away. I used to leave a glass out and take a sip whenever I felt the heartburn/acid reflux coming on. Hope it helps!!!Carrie Haugheyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15651737295051943618noreply@blogger.com
